Pricing Strategy

Successfully developed a comprehensive pricing strategy for a new skincare product by identifying the ideal target audience and tailoring the approach to their needs. Applied key pricing techniques, including price framing, reference pricing, and minimizing the pain of paying, to enhance the product’s appeal. Justified all strategic decisions based on in-depth audience analysis, ensuring alignment with consumer behavior and market expectations.

As part of a market research initiative, our group conducted an in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for market share growth for our selected brand. Through a combination of quantitative research, consumer insights, and strategic recommendations, we developed a data-driven approach to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance.

RESEARCH FOR MARKET SHARE GROWTH

Developed a marketing strategy to strengthen Texas A&M’s branding and licensing efforts, focusing on Texas A&M graduates living in Texas, but outside of the College Station/Bryan area. The goal was to increase brand engagement by 15% and achieve a 10% sales growth within 12 months.
